Welcome to the Nova Star Real Estate Blog! I am Walt Poff, Owner/Broker of Nova Star Real Estate. I am a licensed real estate broker in the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania. Nova Star Real Estate is a full service real estate brokerage located in Conneaut, Ohio, serving the northeastern Ohio and northwestern Pennsylvania area. Conneaut is located in Ashtabula County as far north and west as you can go without getting into Lake Erie or Pennsylvania. We provide buyer and seller assistance for residential real estate, commercial real estate, vacant land and investment property. The purpose of this blog is to keep my clients and others informed as to the current real estate market conditions in northeastern Ohio and northwestern Pennsylvania as well as provide other useful information. I will try to make posts to the blog that you will find helpful on a regular basis. I plan to cover several different real estate related topics as to meet the needs and interests of my readers whether they are are real estate investors or first time home buyers. Your comments and feedback are welcome and encouraged. I will be monitoring the posts that are made and must approve them before they actually post. This is to prevent spaming of unrelated material and sensor inappropriate material. This should provide a better experience for my readers. If you keep it clean and relative to the subject, I will post your comments.
